Chris Cudzilo

Chris Cudzilo has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Chris currently holds the position of Managing Director at Sihl Inc. starting from November 2023. Previously, they worked at Permalite from September 2015 to October 2023, where they initially served as the General Manager and later became the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. At Permalite, they played a crucial role in business development, turning around a corporate relocation, and renewing operations of sister company Breathing Color.

Before Permalite, Chris served as the Business Development Manager at Wikoff Color Corporation from April 2013 to May 2015, where they built sales channels and cultivated relationships, positioning the organization as a brand of choice. Chris also worked at Global Imaging as the Director of Inside Sales Team from February 2011 to September 2012, reviving the focus on consumable products and achieving exceptional quota performance.

Prior to that, Chris was the Director of Business Development at SIF Technology from January 2009 to February 2011. Here, they introduced innovative digital printing technology for leather decoration and built partnerships with top brands and potential licensing partners.

Chris began their career at LexJet in 1995, where they held multiple leadership roles. Chris served as the Managing Director from January 2005 to January 2009, establishing the organization as a top inkjet brand in the US and leading European expansion. Chris also acted as the Vice President of the Digital Photography and Fine Art Reproduction Division from January 2000 to January 2006, diversifying products and adding substantial revenue. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, successfully guiding the startup through growth and achieving consistent financial success.

Throughout their career, Chris Cudzilo has demonstrated strong leadership, business development, and sales and marketing skills, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.
