Alexander Mitchell

Alexander Mitchell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration, network management, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator at SIHO Insurance Services since May 2013, Alexander has managed backup and recovery processes, Exchange administration, virtual machine management, and software deployment scripting, among other responsibilities. Previous roles include founding Geek On A Bike, providing on-site technology support, and working at Indiana University UITS as a consultant supervisor and academic lab consultant. Alexander holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from Indiana University - School of Informatics and has a solid background in enhancing IT systems and customer service.
