Eric Shepherd has been a Claims Services Specialist at SIHO Insurance Services since October 2014, where responsibilities include scanning and data entering paper claims, responding to rejected claims, and managing various projects with tight deadlines. Since August 2017, Eric has also served as a member of the SIHO Recognition Committee, taking on the role of Secretary from January 2018. Prior experience includes working at Falcon Manufacturing in assembly and packaging, volunteering with the Connected Community Partnership to repair computers, and interning in marketing and operations at Edinburgh Premium Outlets. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Indiana University Purdue University Columbus and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems and Business from Ivy Tech Community College.
