John Sadtler

John Sadtler's work experience includes roles at SIHO Insurance Services and Humana. At SIHO Insurance Services, they served as the President and Chief Executive Officer starting in October 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles such as Vice President of Business Development, Strategy and Product Innovation, Vice President of IT, Data Management, and Customer Service, and Vice President with management responsibilities for various departments.

Before joining SIHO Insurance Services, they worked at Humana where they served as the Regional Chief Operating Officer for the Midwest Region. In that role, they oversaw commercial sales and financial operations, exceeding profitability targets and increasing employee engagement through a wellness program. John also held the position of Corporate Regional Practice Leader for the Midwest and Great Lakes, driving corporate initiatives and developing a sales blueprint document. Additionally, they served as the Director of Small and Large Group Sales, leading multiple offices and achieving a significant increase in membership.

John Sadtler attended the University of Louisville from 1983 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology.
