Kramer Rick

Kramer Rick retired from No Pay Check.com in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at SIHO Insurance Services starting in October 2003. In this role, they held leadership positions in accounting, IT, underwriting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Kramer successfully implemented financial controls, planning, and budgets, improving underwriting methods and leading to increased revenue and profitability. Before SIHO Insurance, Kramer was the Director of Health Plan Finance at Welborn Clinic from March 2002 to October 2003. Kramer was responsible for all Health Plan financial and accounting operations, underwriting, statutory reporting, and Medicare Cost Reports. During their tenure, they turned a $6 million loss into profitability within one year and negotiated and resolved Medicare overpayment, saving $1 million.

Kramer Rick's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health Services Administration, which they pursued at The University of Dallas from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration Accounting at California State University, Fullerton, from 1979 to 1981.
