Anna Adamaszek is a seasoned Agile Coach and manager with extensive experience in driving Agile excellence and leading organizational change. Currently serving as a Manager/Agile Coach at AssistAI since 2024 and as the owner of AgileLOVE since April 2019, Anna also holds the position of Agile Coach, Mentor, and Trainer at Sii Poland. Previous roles include Project Manager and Team Lead at Lizard Media and Test Engineer/Scrum Master at Sii Polska. Anna’s expertise encompasses facilitating Scrum ceremonies, mentoring cross-functional teams across various industries, and managing project processes, emphasizing agile methodologies. A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology with a Master’s degree in Economic Analysis, Anna also holds postgraduate qualifications in software testing and a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management.
