Jesse's background also includes experience as a Policy Officer for the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, facilitating transatlantic economic growth and representing digital economy interests. They hold a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and are pursuing an MSc in European Politics and Governance at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
