Timo Miiluniemi

Timo Miiluniemi has an extensive work experience in various HR roles. Starting from 2022, they have been working as the Head of Learning and HR Business Partner at Siili Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner and Staffing and Mobility Team Lead at Deloitte Finland from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a People guy at Vincit, where they were responsible for people issues and supporting personal development. Before that, Timo worked at VTT in different HR roles, including HR Manager, Specialist, Coordinator, and Trainee. Additionally, they gained internship experience at the Austrian Ombudsman Board in their International and Communications Unit.

Timo Miiluniemi obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Relations, Contemporary history, and Business Economics from the University of Turku in 2010. Timo then pursued a Master of Social Sciences in International relations, Leadership, and Organizations at the same university from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in an ERASMUS exchange program at the University of Vienna in 2009.
