Samantha Rao

Samantha Rao has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2011. Samantha began their career at Pawngo as an Account Executive and Senior Account Executive from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they moved to LocBox as an Account Executive and to Foundation Talent as an Associate Recruiter, Senior Associate Recruiter, and Principal Recruiter for the Recruitment Acceleration Program. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Radius Intelligence as a Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Recruiting Manager. During this time, they also worked at Tempo Automation as a Talent Acquisition Manager via RallyWorks. In 2020, they joined Siilo as a Talent Acquisition Manager and was subsequently promoted to Head of People.

Samantha Rao attended Michigan State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Marketing. In 2010, they also attended The American University of Rome for business studies.
