Houcem BAKKARI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management across various sectors, including construction chemicals, packaging, and recruitment consulting. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Sika in Tunisia and Libya, along with heading Engineered Refurbishment, Houcem has previously held significant roles at Crown Holdings, Inc. as the Commercial Manager for Africa, and at CheMondis, where responsibilities included sales strategy development for chemicals suppliers in French-speaking Europe. Houcem's expertise encompasses P&L accountability, account management, and sales team leadership, alongside a solid foundation in logistics coordination and contract negotiation. An Architectural graduate from Ecole Nationale d'Architecture et d'Urbanisme, Houcem's diverse background also includes sales management for construction materials and project coordination in residential and commercial developments.
