Lena Gross

Lena Gross is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in European IT management. Currently serving as the Director IT EU at MBCC since May 2023, Lena previously held the same title at MBCC Group from July 2020 to May 2023. Prior to that role, Lena worked at BASF, progressing through positions such as Regional IT Lead EU IT Carve out and Business Expert Supply Chain Management Europe from December 2017 to June 2020. Lena's earlier experience includes a leadership role in logistics and purchasing at Kolektor Conttek GmbH in 2017 and various positions at Tenneco from January 2012 to April 2017, including Teamlead Material Management and local Procurement, as well as Project Manager in Supply Chain Management. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from HS Offenburg, completed between 2008 and 2011.
