Victor Silva

Victor Silva is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently, Victor serves as the Head of Information Technology and previously held the position of IT Infrastructure Manager at Sika since May 2021. Prior roles include Gerente de TI e Infraestrutura at CordVida, Coordenador de Infraestrutura at Grupo Hindiana, and Head of Infrastructure at COLUMBIA S.A. Victor's career began as a Pleno Infrastructure Analyst at LANXESS. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Gestão da Tecnologia da Informação from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, and ongoing MBA programs in Digital Security and Cyber Security at Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo. Victor also holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Paulista and a Técnico em Informática from ITB - Barueri.
