Sebastien Godard has had extensive work experience in the construction industry, with a focus on sales, marketing, and management roles. Sebastien started their career at Sika in 1998, working as a sales and technical representative for the DIY and commercial/pro retail channels. Sebastien then moved on to become the Business Unit Manager Contractor in Vietnam, where they led various target markets and trained local branches. Sebastien also served as an Export Area Manager in West and Central Africa, where they were responsible for market penetration and establishing distribution networks. In 2014, they joined Sika USA as the Vice President of Marketing for the Target Market Refurbishment - Sealing & Bonding, overseeing product management, marketing services, and trade shows. Sebastien later became the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, focusing on refurbishment, sealing, and bonding. Sebastien continued to advance in their career, becoming the General Manager at Sika in 2017, and then holding the position of Strategic Target Market Project Manager for the Area Europe North. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Vice President of Cluster Roofing & Insulation at Sika USA, leading a team in the commercial roofing and wall industry. Sebastien's work experience demonstrates their expertise in strategy development, team leadership, and building strong customer relationships.
