James Baecker

James Baecker is a Senior Engineer with experience in developing and enhancing semiconductor BEOL reflow and laboratory oven systems. Prior to their current role, James worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Integer Holdings Corporation and held various engineering positions at Evolve Additive Solutions, Stratasys, and DeltaTech Controls. James holds both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
