Jill Smith

Jill Smith currently serves as a Manager in HCM and Payroll Consulting at Sikich, a position held since November 2018, after Executive Alliance's integration into Sikich, where Smith was a Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Jill contributed as a Senior Consultant at Executive Alliance from October 2007 to November 2018, providing expertise in project management, training, process redesign, and HRMS optimization during organizational transformations.
