Sierra Shearer

Sierra Shearer is a Senior Auditor at Sikich since September 2021, following a progression of roles in internal auditing and accounting. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Internal Auditor at RPM International Inc. from August 2018 to September 2021, and holding a position at Buehler Food Markets, Inc. from March 2012 to August 2018. Sierra also gained valuable experience as an Internal Audit Intern at RPM International Inc. in early 2017. Educationally, Sierra obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Akron between 2013 and 2018.
