Vic Ramos

Vic Ramos serves as Assistant General Counsel at Sikich, a global technology-enabled professional services company, since September 2021. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel at Sargent & Lundy, a leader in engineering for power and energy, and roles such as Associate Counsel at Kirkland & Ellis and various positions within Duane Morris LLP, including Law Clerk and Summer Associate. Ramos also held significant roles in contract administration and management at Coeur Mining, Inc. and KBR, Inc., overseeing complex multinational negotiations and contract lifecycle processes. Early career involvement included coordinating a mentoring program at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.
