Stine Pedersen has extensive experience in legal and administrative roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department and Products at Sikkerhedsstyrelsen since August 2018, Stine has implemented a risk-based approach to market surveillance and prioritized proactive measures. Prior roles include Department Leader in the Building Case Department at Kolding Kommune, Prosecutor at Syd og Sønderjyllands Politi, and earlier roles at Sikkerhedsstyrelsen focusing on legal consultancy and legislative drafting. Stine's career began at Statsamtet Ribe and Esbjerg Politi, specializing in family law and criminal case handling. Stine holds a Master's degree in Law from Aarhus University and a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics from Aalborg University.
