Joel Allison is an experienced IT Technician with over a decade in infrastructure support roles. Currently at SikSilk since October 2021, Joel provides comprehensive support across three sites, handling tasks from first line to third line technical support. Prior experience includes a similar role at YH Training Services Ltd, where Joel managed support for approximately 100 staff and 450 machines, overseeing IT purchasing and contracts.
