Christy Liner

Christy Liner is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Executive Director for Central Services and Associate Executive Director for Global Resourcing at SIL Global since May 2020. Liner leads a skilled team focused on expanding opportunities for underserved populations due to language barriers, overseeing functions in Marketing & Communications, Innovation Development, and more. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Partnerships, ProgressBible Program Director, and Data Scientist, where Liner developed strategies for data analysis and collaborated with engineering teams. At Intelligent Logistics, Liner held the position of Director of Freight Forwarding Operations and achieved significant growth and recognition while managing a team and presenting key insights to executives. Early career experience includes financial analysis at Brazos Collection, which led to substantial process improvements. Liner is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership in Global Perspectives at Portland Seminary and holds an MBA from Tarleton State University along with a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
