Joe Rider Jr

Joe Rider Jr is an experienced professional in international coordination and media services, currently serving as the International Coordinator and Director of Resources and Innovations at SIL Global since June 2020. Prior to this role, Joe held significant positions at SIL-Cameroon from January 2001 to October 2019, including Bamenda Regional Director overseeing 21 language programs and HR Director. Additionally, Joe contributed to the SIL International Child Safety & Protection Network by serving as a Child Safety Officer from March 2014 to October 2019, leading investigations of possible abuse cases across Africa. Joe also demonstrated leadership and coaching skills at Rain Forest International and Murrieta Valley High School, while holding the position of Chairman of the Board at Carlisle's Secret in 2011. Joe holds a BA in Broadcasting from John Brown University, completed between 1982 and 1986.
