Megan Mercado

Megan Mercado is an experienced User Experience Researcher at SIL International, where responsibilities include the full process of qualitative research, from planning to presenting insights. With a background as a classroom teacher and a focus on linguistic development and mother tongue education, Megan has worked in both Cameroon and various educational capacities. Previous roles include Literacy and Education Specialist at SIL Africa Learning & Development and teaching Spanish, math, and ESOL at Rain Forest International School. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Language and Culture from Dallas International University, a Master of Arts in International Education from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Michigan State University.
