Melody Dubois

Melody DuBois is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the SIL Global organization. Currently serving as the Director of Messaging since 1994, Melody focuses on enhancing communication consistency and impact across the organization. Previous roles include Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Director of Global Communications, where oversight of global NGO communications operations and coordination of regional personnel were key responsibilities. Melody also developed a region-wide internal communications strategy during tenure as Asia Communications Coordinator and facilitated over 25 communication workshops as a Partnership Development Consultant. Early career experience includes serving as the Philippines Communications Coordinator at SIL Philippines and providing computer consulting at Berea College. Melody holds a BA in Church Music: Piano from Moody Bible Institute, complemented by education at various institutions, including Berea College and SIL/GIAL.
