Paul Nelson

Paul Nelson has extensive experience in leadership and project management within the software and localization industries. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Scripture Publishing Services at SIL Global since October 2024, Paul previously held multiple key roles at SIL International, including Director of the Solomon Islands Translation Advisory Group and Lexical Software Program Manager. His background includes significant positions at Microsoft, where Paul contributed as a Senior Lead International Project Manager and Senior Program Manager, focusing on software localization and international customer insights. Paul holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
