Rajib Mitra (Project Manager) first worked with SIL LEAD from 2014 to 2019, then rejoined in April of this year. With more than 10 years in different project management roles in International Development (including advanced project management and operational support on large projects for RTI International and USAID), Rajib loves working with multicultural teams to efficiently and creatively execute project plans. Originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, Rajib’s mother tongue is Bangla— but he’s fluent in English and also speaks some Hindi and Urdu. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, gardening, and reading books.
