Gérôme Melaet

Gérôme Melaet is a Material Design Engineer (Sr Staff Engineer) at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since April 2023, with extensive experience in process engineering and project management from previous roles at Lam Research, where responsibilities included customer interaction, timeline management, and research and development for novel processes. Melaet's expertise encompasses advanced process engineering, statistical analysis, and validation of processes, evidenced by roles such as Staff Process Engineer and various positions focused on Concept and Feasibility (C&F) development.
