Vincent Lacour has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Vincent began their career at Bourbon Automobile - Aquifrance in 2003 as an Ingénieur Méthodes Logistique in the Direction de la Production. Vincent worked in this role until August 2005.

In 2006, Vincent joined the Pierre Fabre Group and held various roles within the organization. Vincent started as a Chef de Projet in the Direction de la Logistique / Direction de la Qualité groupe from September 2006 to February 2007. Vincent then became a Chef de Projet Logistique in the Direction de la Logistique from March 2007 to May 2011. From May 2011 to October 2014, Vincent served as a Responsable de Programme Logistique in the same department. Following this, they transitioned to the role of Responsable du Centre d'Expertise Distribution in the Direction de la Distribution Monde from October 2014 to January 2017. Vincent's next position was as a Responsable Conception Déploiement et Support CRM in the Direction Digitale Organisation Processus et SI from January 2017 to March 2019. Finally, they served as the Directeur adjoint Programme ERP France in the same department from March 2019 to July 2019.

Currently, Vincent Lacour is working at SILAB as a Responsable Pôle Projets Applicatifs in the Direction des Systèmes d'Information. Vincent started this role in July 2019 and held it until December 2020. From January 2021 onwards, they have been serving as the Responsable des Systèmes d'Information in the same department.

Vincent Lacour has a strong educational background in the field of supply chain and logistics. Vincent obtained their "ISLI - Master en Management Logistique Globale" degree from KEDGE Business School in 2006, where they specialized in supply chain management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a "Maîtrise - Responsable d'Unité Logistique" degree at Institut Européen de Logistique, further developing their expertise in supply chain. In 2002, Vincent completed a "Licence professionnelle Logistique - Gestion des Flux, des Systèmes d'Information et des Stocks" degree at the University of Limoges, focusing on information systems and logistics. Vincent began their educational journey with a "DUT - Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations" degree from the University of Limoges in 2000, specializing in the administration and management of small businesses.

Additionally, Vincent has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge and skills. In 2006, they became an "Auditeur Logistique SCALE" from Kedge Business School, indicating their expertise in logistics auditing. In 2009, they obtained the "BASICS" certification from APICS Supply Chain Council, which reflects their comprehensive understanding of supply chain fundamentals. Lastly, in 2015, Vincent earned the "Lean - 6 sigma" certification from AGILEA Expert en Supply Chain Management, demonstrating their proficiency in lean management and process improvement methodologies.
