Jerome Floerke Jr., ALMI, CSM, CAL-E/CAL-T, currently serves as the Director of Software Test Engineering at SILAC Insurance Company since October 2019, where responsibilities include leading agile transformation and overseeing software testing for annuity products. Previously, Jerome held the position of Director of Underwriting at Equitable Life & Casualty Insurance Company, where workflow streamlining and risk evaluation were key focuses. With extensive experience in underwriting and auditing across various companies, including Thrivent and the Utah Department of Insurance, Jerome has consistently enhanced underwriting processes and trained teams.
