Anthony Ripberger

Anthony Ripberger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anthony is currently working at Sila as the Senior Director of Engineering, with previous positions including Engineering Manager and Scrum Master at the same company. Anthony also served as a Head Men's Soccer Coach at Madeira High School, Cincinnati United Soccer Club, Archbishop McNicholas High School, and Pendleton County High School. In addition, they have experience in project management as a Project Manager at Core BTS and as a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master/Release Manager/Development Manager at FIS. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Analyst/Development Manager/Programmer at INC Research and as a Lead Business Analyst at Fifth Third Bank. Anthony has strong leadership skills and expertise in agile methodologies and software development.

Anthony Ripberger obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology/Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University between 1995 and 2000. Anthony also holds additional certifications including a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in 2020, and a US Soccer National 'C' License from the U.S. Soccer Federation, which they obtained in 2010.
