Mike Fitzpatrick

Mike Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Sila, a VC-backed fintech payments platform that focuses on empowering businesses to move and store money faster, cheaper, and more securely. Prior to this, they held the same position at Kestela Services LLC.

Before their CEO roles, Mike worked at Vector Remote Care, where they served as the CFO for an 80-person VC-backed Digital Healthcare company. Mike also held the position of VP of Business Operations there.

In addition, Mike has held leadership positions at optimize.health as the VP of Finance, where they contributed to the growth of this 50-person VC-backed Digital Healthcare company.

Earlier in their career, Mike gained experience at Lytics, a 60-person VC-backed Martech company, where they led the budgeting and forecasting function and played a significant role within the Revenue Operations team. Mike also worked at Joydrive, a startup, and Nike, where they advanced from Finance Manager to Senior Director.

Mike's career began in the US Navy, where they served as a Naval Flight Officer. Mike has a strong background in finance and extensive experience across different sectors, highlighting their adaptability and leadership abilities.

Mike Fitzpatrick attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from William & Mary, attending from 1996 to 2000.
