Ulvi Vahtra

Ulvi Vahtra is an accomplished marketing and service design professional currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Service Design and Product Development at Silen since January 2023. Vahtra is also the founder of Warum, established in May 2022, focusing on helping businesses define strategic direction through comprehensive service design methodologies. Additionally, Vahtra mentors in multiple Service Design Masterclasses initiated by the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency, guiding tourism and other companies to enhance customer-centric services.
