Borja Moreno de Los Rios

Borja Moreno de los Rios is the Founder + GP at Silence, an angel-style VC firm focused on climate tech. Prior to this, Borja was a Venture Partner at FJ Labs, a VC firm investing in online marketplaces and SaaS startups, having backed companies like Alibaba, Betterment, and Delivery Hero. Borja also co-founded and served as Co-CEO of Merlin, a marketplace for hourly talent in NYC, acquired by Commure in 2020. Additionally, Borja has experience as an Investor at Core Innovation Capital, Founder & CEO at Matoko Fund, and worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Borja holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Track from MIT Sloan School of Management.
