Lance Edwards

Lance Edwards has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Lance currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Silence Therapeutics plc since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Vectura Group plc. from August 2015 to August 2019. Lance has also worked as a Freelance IT Strategy and Transformation Consultant from May 2014 to August 2015, where they advised on IT transformation and managed change projects. Before that, they were the Executive Director of Infrastructure & Service Delivery (EMEA) at Estee Lauder Group of Companies from November 2012 to January 2014. Lance also served as the Group Director of IT at Bland Group from July 2008 to November 2012 and as the Head of IT at GB Airways / easyJet from April 1999 to July 2008.
