Sheila Lozano Niubó

Sheila Lozano Niubó is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Specialist at Silence, a leader in Urban Eco Mobility, since April 2021. In this role, Sheila has been involved in the full cycle of recruitment and selection, collaborating with various employment consultancies and managing candidate databases. Prior to Silence, Sheila worked at Grupo Temporing from March 2018 to April 2021 as a Human Resources Technician, overseeing comprehensive personnel selection and maintaining communication with clients. Sheila's career began at Telefónica, where from July 2012 to February 2018, responsibilities included promoting telecom products and managing administrative tasks. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a degree in Psychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Additionally, Sheila holds a Higher Vocational Training diploma in Administration and Finance from Institut Obert de Catalunya.
