Gwen Ahlbrecht

Gwen Ahlbrecht serves as the Learning & Development Supervisor at Silent-Aire since August 2020, following roles as Training and Recruiting Specialist. Prior to this, Gwen held the position of Senior L&D Consultant at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona from March 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included designing, developing, and delivering customized learning solutions, as well as mentoring other L&D Consultants. Gwen also contributed as a Recruiting Operations Specialist at Goodwill, focusing on logistics and candidate experience in talent acquisition. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruiting Operations Manager and Team Lead for Recruiting Coordinators at Aon Hewitt from March 2004 to January 2015. Gwen Ahlbrecht holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Global Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Arizona State University West.
