Marta M. is an experienced HR leader with over 9 years in People Operations and Employee Relations. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Silent Eight, Marta manages a range of core HR functions across global teams. Previously, they built HR processes at WealthArc and led talent acquisition initiatives at CH2M, among other roles. Marta's expertise includes coaching leaders, implementing employee engagement strategies, and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent management. They are pursuing degrees in Sociology at Jagiellonian University and Psychology at Tischner European University.
