André Saile

André Saile has extensive work experience in various IT management roles. André is currently the Head of IT at Silent Gliss International Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Head of SGTS-CH USS at Saint-Gobain and Chief of IT Service Management at Vetrotech Saint-Gobain International. André also had a sabbatical in 2020, where they planned to travel but was unable to do so due to circumstances beyond their control. André has previously held positions such as Head of Procurement Management & IT-Controlling at Centris AG, Head of Storage Services at T-Systems Schweiz AG, and Director and IT Manager at Illegal Fashion Textil GmbH. André'searlier roles include Administration Supervisor at Illegal Fashion Textilhandels OHG and System Engineer/Product Manager at transtec AG.

André Saile's education history is as follows:

In 1982, they completed their Mittlere Reife at Secondary School, where they studied the basics.

From 1988 to 1990, André attended Business school, where they obtained a degree in State Certified Business Administration. André'sstudies included economics, computer hard- and software, programming, right & laws, calculations, and cost management.

From 1991 to 1993, André studied communication electronics at Business school electro technic Leonberg.

In 2003, André pursued IT management expertise at SGD Darmstadt, where they earned a Dipl. IT-Betriebswirt degree in IT, economics, and project management.

In 2005, they obtained a certification in ITIL from AC Systems business school, focusing on process frameworks.

From 2017 to 2021, André attended Fernfachhochschule Schweiz, where they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.

During their time at Fernfachhochschule Schweiz, André also obtained various certificates. In 2014, they completed courses in "Leistungskultur und Teamerfolg" and "Sitzungskultur und Moderation" from ZfU International Business School. Furthermore, in 2011, they became a certified Business Architect and Service Architect through Bluedge sas. In 2010, André completed a course on "Kompetenz in Kommunikation und Auftreten" from HR CONSULTING. Additionally, they obtained a Vocational Trainer (Berufsbildner) certification from Feusi Bildungszentrum in 2020.
