Currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of Business Operations & Strategy at Silent Sector since April 2016, Zach specializes in addressing cybersecurity and compliance challenges faced by mid-market and emerging companies. Previously, as Executive Vice President at Caliber - The Wealth Development Company, Zach focused on providing individual investors access to passive real estate investments across various asset classes. Zach co-founded LinkOptions, which offered web-based training for real estate investors, and BuyBaltimoreProperties.com, a trusted rent-to-own business model utilized nationwide. Zach's foundational leadership skills were honed during service in the US Army's 7th Special Forces Group, where expertise included unconventional warfare and mission planning.
