Tim Eckermann is a seasoned HR leader with extensive global experience spanning various sectors. Previously, they served as HR Strategist at the European Stability Mechanism and as Head of Human Resources at SPACETALK, where they developed HR strategies for international growth. Tim also worked as an HR Consultant, Global HR Business Partner at the World Bank Group, and held senior roles at BOC Limited, IBM, and Royal Bank of Scotland. They earned an MBA in HR and Finance from Charles Sturt University and continue their education in Business Management at the University of South Australia while currently leading People & Culture at Silentium Defence.
