Meytal Cohen-Shema

Meytal Cohen-Shema is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in program management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as a Program Management Officer at Silentium Ltd. since May 2018, Meytal previously held roles such as NPI Program Manager at GE Lighting, where responsibilities included managing the new product lifecycle across diverse regions, and Supply Chain Manager at Lightech Electronic Industries, contributing to the integration process with GE. Earlier career experiences also include account management in satellite communications at 013 Netvision, customer service at Intel Corporation, and team leadership in call center operations at Taldor. Meytal holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution, Management, and Negotiation, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Economics, both from Bar-Ilan University.
