Mohan Rathnayake

Mohan Rathnayake has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mohan is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of SilentiumIT since May 2019, where they oversee the operations of the company. In 2020, they founded the online travel company DOexcursion, serving as the Founder & CEO. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Codegen International from April 2013 to April 2019. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Virtusa, working on the Pratt and Whitney eFast Program. Mohan also gained experience as a Project Manager at Pyxle from September 2010 to June 2012. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Project Manager at DirectFN DMCC (now Global Financial Media | Mubasher) where they managed projects related to online trading applications and stock trader information. Mohan started their career as a Solutions Developer at John Keells Computer Services from May 2007 to September 2010.

Mohan Rathnayake holds an MBA in IT from the University of Moratuwa, a BSc, MIS (Hons) degree from University College Dublin, and a PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute. Mohan also completed courses in Managing IT Projects and Microsoft Project Essentials from The George Washington University School of Business. In 2015, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® certification from Scrum Alliance.
