Nigel Buck BEng, CEng, MIET has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Engineering and Project Manager at Silentnight Brands since December 2018, overseeing a 333,000 sqft manufacturing facility and responsible for various operational aspects including machinery maintenance and statutory health and safety compliance. Previously, Nigel held the position of Group Engineering Manager at Silentnight Group from November 1995 to October 2007, where responsibilities included capital feasibility and implementation across 16 sites. Earlier career roles at Rolls-Royce spanned from site engineer to electrical maintenance technician from September 1981 to November 1995.
