Kevin Pavon

Kevin Pavon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin is currently working as a Sr. Solutions Engineer at Silex Data Solutions since March 2022. Previously, they worked at NFI, a leading 3rd Party Logistics company, where they held multiple positions. Kevin started as a Fleet Services Coordinator in November 2011 and then transitioned into the role of Service Desk Technician, providing support for applications and managing projects. Later, they served as an Application Administrator, focusing on optimizing deployment strategies and improving back-end processes for WMS systems. Kevin'smost recent role at NFI was as a Sr. Application Systems Administrator, where they continued to enhance system performance and support a growing customer base. Prior to NFI, Kevin worked at Target as a Presentation Team Lead, overseeing team members and managing product resets and seasonal transitions. Kevin also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Siemens Water Technologies, where they analyzed workflow efficiency, developed and maintained databases, and provided technical support for multiple product lines. Overall, Kevin has a strong background in system administration, technical support, and project management.

Kevin Pavon completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Music at Cumberland County College from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rowan University from 2004 to 2008. In terms of certifications, Kevin obtained a Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification from Red Hat in September 2017 and a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification from the same institution in May 2021.
