Jill Nieto

Jill Nieto, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Silgan Containers since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jill worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Shearer's Snacks from April 2015 to September 2021 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at AlanizMetroGroup from March 2014 to April 2015. Jill's career began at DRS Technologies as a Senior Logistician from February 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison officer and managing equipment repair instructions. Academically, Jill holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University (2014-2015), an MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University (2012-2014), and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Northern Iowa (1993-1998).
