Sharon Drumetski

Sharon Drumetski is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Silgan Containers since September 2015, Sharon focuses on employee relations, grievance management with the United Steel Workers union, safety initiatives, and benefits management.
