Reinhard Gruber

Reinhard Gruber currently holds the position of Head of HR Operations at Silhouette Group, a role initiated in March 2022, and previously served as HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits specialist. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner at UniCredit Bank Austria AG from October 2019 to February 2022 and HR controlling and compensation roles at Wolf Theiss between January 2018 and September 2019. Prior to these positions, Reinhard Gruber completed internships in various HR functions and worked as a paramedic with the Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz from 2012 to 2015. Reinhard Gruber holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Vienna, a Master of Science in Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor of Science from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Additional educational experiences include an exchange semester at Singapore Management University and high school studies at Payson High School in the USA.
