Austin Allen

Austin Allen began their work experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Henderson Engineers in 2006. Austin then held various positions at the company, including Associate, Director of Los Angeles Operations, and Vice President. In 2021, they joined Burns & McDonnell as the Department Manager, Mechanical. In the same year, they also co-founded Silicon Beach Investment Group. In 2022, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of A3 Engineering.

Austin Allen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University from 2001 to 2005. Austin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources and International Business at The University of Kansas from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Austin has another Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, although the exact dates of completion are unknown.
