Currently serving as a Certified IPC Trainer at Silicon Hills Design since March 1999, Shelly specializes in IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. In addition, Shelly has worked as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing production activities, establishing priorities, and coordinating with procurement, sales, and quality control to optimize resource utilization. Previously, Shelly held the position of Tech III at Applied Research Labs from March 1993 to March 1999.
