Marshall Tiner

Marshall Tiner has extensive experience in engineering and technology sectors, holding senior positions since 1990. At Silicon Integration Initiative, Inc., Tiner serves as Senior Director of OpenAccess and previously held the role of Director of Production Standards. Prior to this, at IBM Server and Technology Group, the expertise included circuit design, logic development, and system verification as a Design Engineer from 2003 to 2015. Tiner also spent a decade at Motorola, where roles included Design/Tools Engineer and Product Support Engineering Manager, overseeing test software and hardware for a factory. Early career experience includes positions at IBM and Motorola, focusing on verification and product engineering. Tiner earned a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
