Amir Khalil

Amir Khalil is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various industries, including semiconductor and cryptocurrency. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Silicon Labs since February 2023, Amir oversees university programs, experienced recruiting, contingent workforce, and compliance, among other responsibilities. Additionally, Amir is a Career Coach at Pathrise since 2022 and previously held the position of Global Head of Talent Attraction at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, where management of a 29-person organization focused on recruiting and employer branding was a key responsibility. Amir also contributed significantly to Google's global recruiting efforts from 2014 to 2022 as a Global Recruiting Manager and started a career at AT&T as an Executive Account Manager. Amir holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo and completed the Leadership Academy Program at The University of Texas at Austin.
